Seeking full time Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers – Under the direction of the Regional Manager, Managers are responsible for the community operations, finances, staffing and providing competent and effective leadership.  

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Full accountability for asset appearance, budget review and maintenance, sales and analysis, collections, limited A/P, and providing top notch customer service.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving skills, the ability to efficiently multi task, and most importantly, the capability and initiative to really demand and drive results.

** Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.

Lakeshore believes that our people are one of our most important assets, and we invest in them accordingly.  We offer our employees a competitive salary; dependent on the position and the area of responsibility:

  • Property Manager wages begin $35k-$38k/annually.  (Property Managers are evaluated after 60 days of employment for housing concession).
  • Assistant Property Manager wages begin $14-$16/per hour.

Wages include a generous commission and bonus structure for superior financial results.  Health/Dental/Vision, 401(k), Short Term Disability and Life insurance are also included in the benefit package. . 

The Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED; College Degree preferred
  • Three years of related experience (retail, hospitality, restaurant management) and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
